Manage your tasks using Pomodoro technique (Tomato technique)!
What does it mean?
This means that you only work on one task at a time and do it at a specific time. Then you will have a short break. And will repeat these sessions several times, then take a long break.
Why does it work?
Because it is a very simple algorithm that helps your mind to focus on the current problem without procrastination and relax after a working session.
* Just create the tasks you want to do efficiently and name them - its not necessary, but preferably
* Start a timer for chosen task, and work until you get a notification to take a break (focusing on a single task at a fixed time will increase your productivity)
* You can stop working on a task if you need to or if you want to switch to another task, but stopping during a work session spoil the current pomodoro
* If you have completed your task, you can mark it as completed or delete it.
- You can change the session settings to suit you.
- You can see on the Statistics tab which time period is more productive for you.
- You can find and add ready-made task plans for specific goals. At the moment, the task set is ready for only seven goals, but the list of goals will be updated!
- You can get a motivational quote whenever you need, just click the "Quote Bubble" button on the toolbar or go to the "Statistics" tab!
